In order to get the most competitive pricing possible, My Drinkware batches cup orders together when scheduling print runs. Generally this means it could take up to 3-4 weeks lead time before your order ships. If you need your cups sooner, choose "Expedited Processing" when designing your cup. It costs a little more, but your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Can I put my cups in the dishwasher?

Yes, My Drinkware cups are dishwasher safe, top rack.

Can I put my cups in the microwave?

We do not recommend using My Drinkware cups in the microwave.

Are the cups recycleable?

Yes, My Drinkware cups are made from FDA approved materials that are fully recyclable, code #5.

Are My Drinkware cups BPA-free?

Yes, My Drinkware cups do not contain Biphenyl A (BPA).

I would like to order a large number cups for my organization. Is there a limit to how many cups I can order?

There are no limits. But if you are interested in more than 5,000 cups you should contact Dynamic Drinkware to discuss special considerations for large print runs.
